Virtual Vinyasa Series
The Nourish on the Road Series includes four vinyasa yoga classes. Each class is sequenced to support the traveler. You will be equipped with three 30-minute vinyasa yoga classes- to help open and realign the body after a travel day, detox and reset, and rejuvenate your complexion. Plus, you will receive a 12-minute grounding flow, the perfect length to ground on even the busiest of travel days!
The Nourish on the Road E-Book contains 14 pages of convenient meals, snacks, and hacks to help the traveler stay supported, balanced, and nourished while on the road.
